Boys Gymnastics

Length: 60 Minutes Once Per Week

Ages: 5+ Years Old

Boys only classes develop skills on each of the 6 Olympic gymnastics events and develop strength and flexibility.  Students continue to learn the basics of gymnastics and motor skills.  They will enhance their strength and coordination by being introduced to handstands, cartwheels, and forward rolls; as well as correct jumping and landing techniques. Games and obstacle courses are combined to create a fun yet safe atmosphere.
